Yes, but this is not recommended. MicaSense cameras optimize the gain (ISO) and exposure of each capture for each of the five imagers such that the resulting picture is properly exposed. This gain/exposure information is recorded in the metadata of the image.
It is possible to configure the camera for manual control of exposure and gain for each of the bands. This setting is available in the Settings page of the camera's interface. However, it is very difficult to manually define these parameters and in most cases, an under-exposed or over-exposed (saturated) image will result.
MicaSense strongly recommends to leave the gain/exposure as automatic.
